Before starting the company, Jordan Thomas spent approximately nine years working in mechanical engineering, specialising in plumbing and heating, and progressed into managing projects. That background matters on a renovation: the parts of a bathroom or kitchen you can't see, the pipework, wastes and preparation, are the parts that decide how well it lasts.

Jordan established PCR to build a business focused on quality workmanship, reliability, attention to detail and excellent customer service. He takes pride in the standard of the work and believes that building a strong reputation through customer satisfaction and recommendations is essential.

We help homeowners and property owners across Southend-on-Sea and Essex, specialising in complete bathroom renovations and kitchen installations, along with full and partial refurbishments and smaller maintenance jobs.
