About these terms

These terms apply to use of this website and to quotations provided by Property Care & Renovations Ltd. Specific terms for each project will be set out in your written quotation.

Quotations

Quotes for planned renovation work are free and no-obligation, following an initial discussion and a site visit where required. Renovation projects are priced on a fixed-quote basis, with the scope of works set out before work starts.

Work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and agreed with you before it is carried out.

Maintenance work

Smaller maintenance jobs are charged at a minimum call-out fee of £80, which includes the first hour of labour. Additional labour is charged at £50 per hour. Materials are charged separately.

Specialist work

Gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers arranged by PCR. Electrical work requiring certification is carried out by appropriately qualified electricians.

Insurance

PCR holds public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
