Southend-on-Sea's5-star rated renovation team.

“I can't recommend Jordan Thomas of Property Care and Renovations Limited highly enough. He completely refurbished my bathroom, taking it from a dump to an absolutely stunning finished space. Jordan gave excellent advice on the design and options, and also expertly resolved problems caused by poor previous workmanship. His attention to detail and quality of work were exceptional. Just as importantly, Jordan was clean, respectful, trustworthy and genuinely a pleasure to have in my home. I had complete confidence in him throughout and always felt like a valued client, never just another job. The finished bathroom looks fantastic and works beautifully. A superb job from start to finish—I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.”

“Excellent service from Jordan, very good tradesman wouldn't hesitate to use him on any other project in the future. Very tidy and clean worker too and doesn't cut corners and very reliable. The kitchen is exactly what we wanted.”

“Fantastic work changing the shower in my bathroom and retiling the area. They were very professional, very tidy and all completed to a high standard. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Jordan has done a wonderful job painting our bungalow. There was a lot of extra work to do as our renovation completed just over two years ago, was decorated badly. He has a great work ethic, arriving early, leaving late and working at the weekend to finish the job. We were impressed with how clean he worked, and found him to be extremely respectful in our home. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.”

“Completely transformed my house painting, plumbing and general maintenance. Quality work, true to their word and quick to finish. Just what I needed and would highly recommend”
